Our Rates

General Residential/ Pre-Sale Cleaning- We make it simple for our customers and charge an hourly rate of $25.00, with a one hour minimum for general cleaning. Regardless of the size of the house- a complete clean or just a few rooms, you are sure to get the fairest rate and exceptional work. For yor convenience we accept credit cards and Paypal.

Specialized Cleaning- Refrigerator clean out is an additional $25.00. Cleaning of a heavily soiled oven would be an additional $25.00. Regular maintenance of oven after additional cleaning would be $10.00 extra for each time.

Vacation Rental Turnovers- Same $25.00 per hour rate applies. Bed linen changes are included in hourly rate.

Move Out/ New Construction Cleans- Hourly rate of $35.00 applies. Does not include trash removal.

Pet Care- If you have pets that need to be fed or walked, plants to be watered or mail to be collected while we are at your home, we will be more than happy to do this for you at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Time will be included in your hourly rate.

Special Requests- We aim to please! If you have a special request please let us know and if it is something we can do we will give you a price or find another company that can do it for you!
